Yes. Calls from the intercom panel can be routed to the landline in the apartment — a familiar scenario for residents.

On the home page, tap “Download app” to open a window with a QR code and links to Google Play and the App Store. You can also install it from the footer on the right — scan the QR code or choose a store badge.

Any provider on site — stable internet in the entrance or at the equipment rack is enough.
